Jada Askew, LPC-MHSP, NCC is a therapist for The Counseling Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Jada has experience working with a diverse range of clientele from older adults to early childhood. Her areas of interest include racial and gender identity development, anxiety and stress management, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

Tim Terrygraduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. As a therapist working at Lakeside Behavioral Health Systems and The Counseling Clinic, he brings a unique approach to therapy. The ideal client that would be helped by Tim's services is the person that recognizes that they will no longer accept the reality of defeat, emptiness, hopelessness, pessimism, distrust, depression, or guilt. Tim uses an eclectic approach to therapy intentionally designed to provide the most optimal outcome in those ares of difficulty. I have seen tremendous growth in clients struggling in the areas of grief, depression, anxiety, and borderline disorders.

Demarcus Davisis the lead clinician for the Counseling Clinic. He founded the practice in 2008 in order to provide a safe place where people would feel welcomed, heard and never judged. His Master's degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy and he also works with individual clients as well as relationship issues. The goal is to always provide professional services from therapists that clients can relate to on a personable level.
